ceramic cups from denmark!

If there's anything I could never acquire enough of, it's cups and plates. I wish I had't discovered these gorgeous ceramics from Arendal Keramik, seeing as how they're located in Denmark. Perhaps one day... The plates with the Indian Gods are so special in how they escape the usual religious kitsch of many designs incorporating these themes.

Garden Inspiration from Marie Claire Maison

It takes so much work to create a lusciously green garden. After almost 4 months of buying plants and gardening every weekend, there's still so much more

I want to do with ours. But the great thing is, no effort is wasted when it comes to working on one's outdoor space. With even just a little work, balconies, terraces and gardens become the better living room in every home that has one.

That facade mirror is a genius but risque way to create the illusion of bigger space.

The next images were taken in the designer Kenzo's home.

I love how the outdoor is invited in in every room.

via Design Spotter

Wood is an incredibly lightweight material for bikes and very cool looking. The bike above weighs around 5 lb!

it's the circle of life!

I love the shape and color of the vintage fridge. The floral detail just makes it perfect.

Lovely Sofas

I found out about B&T design through a friend who designed their website. I wish I could have one of their sofas shipped to New York without breaking the bank! The irony is that they are based in Istanbul and have a store in my parents' neighborhood.

My favorite of the bunch... finally a sofa that I can take apart and create clutter out of, in addition to creating clutter around and on. It comes in different colors too, made to order.

These coffee tables, which can be brought together to create a bigger surface, don't go with any of our furniture at home but I think they're so clever.

These humorous sheets featured in the New York Times perfect for the summer heat.

Now think of similar sheets with a Martin Parr photo printed on them.
